i am now talking to a customer service hotline because i have a spoiled printer. i wont include the company name fer obvious reasons.
i have repeated my explanations twice and have asked the dude to repeat his too. because, one, he doesn't understand me and tends to repeat most of the things he already said. two, i dont understand him. his english is not really english. its like thick-accented english and i dont think its very good at all.

the frontline should be the best not mediocre.

go on, get out.
